We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any personal information to third-party marketers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Site and communicating with you, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
4.1 Service providers
- Resend — Transactional & marketing email delivery (USA, SCCs applied)
- Cloudflare — Web hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection (Global, adequacy/SCCs)
- Google (Gemini API) — AI-powered features within the product (USA, SCCs applied)
4.2 Legal disclosures
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or the public.
4.3 Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Australia. When we transfer personal information overseas (APP 8), we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient is subject to a law, binding scheme, or contract that provides substantially similar protection to the APPs. For transfers to the EU/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
6. Data Retention
- Waitlist email addresses — retained until the product launches or you unsubscribe, whichever is earlier. After product launch, we will request your ongoing consent.
- Server logs and analytics data — retained for up to 12 months.
- Support and feedback communications — retained for up to 3 years.
When retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or de-identify the information.
